Shipping policy

At Baciama, we believe the arrival of your luxury candle should be as seamless and refined as the fragrance itself. Below you will find our shipping procedures and boutique policies.

1. Shipping Information

We take great care in hand-packaging every order to ensure your candles arrive in pristine condition.

• Processing Time: Since our candles are often hand-poured in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options via UPS and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once the order has left our studio.

• Complimentary Shipping: Baciama is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

• Warm Weather Shipping: During summer months, we may hold shipments until Mondays or Tuesdays to prevent your candles from sitting in transit facilities over the weekend, ensuring they do not melt.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unlit and in their original packaging.

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Process: To begin a return, please contact our concierge team at support@baciama.com.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Damages & Issues

Every Baciama candle undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit:

1. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

2. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box.

3. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no additional cost.

4. Candle Care & Safety

To ensure the longevity of your Baciama Luxury Candle and to maintain your warranty/return eligibility, please follow these safety guidelines:

• The First Burn: Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn to prevent "tunneling."

• Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting to prevent soot and ensure a clean burn.

• Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of drafts, pets, or children. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
