Our Promise to You
We want you to absolutely love your candles. However, because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a candle has been lit.
If you change your mind, simply return your unlit candle in its original condition within 30 days, and we will happily help you find a scent you love through an exchange.

The Art of the Burn: Candle Care Protocols
To ensure an optimal olfactory experience and the longevity of your vessel, adhere to these maintenance standards.
1. The Memory Burn
- Crucial First Step: Allow the wax pool to melt completely to the edges of the jar during the first light.
- The Reason: Wax has memory. Failing to do this causes "tunneling," wasting the wax on the sides forever.
2. Precision Trimming
- Before Every Light: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch (6mm).
- The Result: A clean, steady flame with no soot or mushrooming.
3. Controlled Environment
- Draft-Free Zone: Keep the flame away from vents, fans, or open windows to prevent uneven burning and smoking.
- Time Limit: Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. The vessel may overheat.
4. Safe Termination
- Don't Blow: Use a candle snuffer or dip the wick into the melt pool.
- The Benefit: Eliminates smoke and preserves the fragrance for the next session.
Safety Directive:Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

How do I customize my Baciama candle?
You can personalize your candle through our online "Atelier" or by selecting specific options on our product pages. We offer custom vessel engraving, bespoke scent blending for events.
Can I choose my own scent profile?
For individual orders, you can choose from our curated Signature Collections. For bespoke orders (minimum quantities apply), our master perfumers can work with you to develop a unique fragrance profile tailored to your brand or event.
What kind of engraving options do you offer?
We use precision laser engraving to etch names, dates, or logos directly onto our glass or ceramic vessels. You may choose from our selection of elegant fonts or upload your own high-resolution vector logo.
How long does a custom candle take to produce?
Because each custom candle is handcrafted to your specifications, please allow 7–10 business days for production before your item is shipped. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend to 14 business days.
Is there a minimum order for custom labels or scents?
- Personalized Labels/Engraving: No minimum. You can order a single custom candle.
- Bespoke Fragrances: Requires a minimum order of 50 units.
- Corporate Gifting: We offer tiered pricing for orders of 25 units or more.
Can I see a proof of my design before it is made?
For simple text engravings, we provide a digital preview on the product page. For complex logos or large event orders, our design team will email you a digital proof for approval within 24 hours of your order.
Do you offer luxury gift wrapping?
Every Baciama candle arrives in our signature rigid gift box with a silk pull-ribbon. You can also add a handwritten note at checkout, which we will transcribe onto a heavy-stock gold-foiled card.
Do you handle wedding or corporate favors?

What wax do you use in your candles?
We use a proprietary blend of sustainably sourced coconut and apricot wax. This blend provides a cleaner, longer burn than paraffin and holds fragrance more effectively than 100% soy.
Are your fragrances safe?
Absolutely. All Baciama scents are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free. We use a combination of high-quality essential oils and fine fragrance oils that meet IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards.
